A little something I wanted to try in order to help since health and lay down a little easier my hair is thick i use a natural shampoo so can either wash or co wash daily but its personal preference:

Tools needed: shampoo/cowash, shower brush/comb/scalp brush, oil of choice

1: Saturate hair with warm water i do this in the shower and get it to a point its manageable and you can runs comb/brush/scalp brush easily

2: Shampoo/ co-wash to get hair clean not to cake on other stuff on dirt and grime

3: Lightly oil hair i use coconut oil but you can use any and make sure its in your hair even and massage well in order to get it through the hair

4: Shower brush your hair while water is running onto it this will not wash the oil out of the head because oil and water do not mix

5: Get out of shower lightly dry and either moisturize with a cream or lotion or a pomade and compress let me know how it works

Hmmmm seems like a reasonable method, but it might pose a problem for people who deal with acne though since the water and the oil is gonna be dripping onto your face in the shower :thinkin:

wash your face when your done...but these are all natural oils i use no wavebuilder, no synthetic stuff so it will actually help with moisture to those dry areas as well
